By accessing or using BaZi Astrology System ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. The Service

BaZi Astrology System provides personalized astrological reports based on the Chinese Four Pillars of Destiny (BaZi) system. Reports are generated using classical BaZi calculation methods combined with AI-assisted interpretation. The Service is intended for entertainment, personal insight, and educational purposes only.

2. Purchase & Payment

• The price for one BaZi report is $49.99 USD (special launch price, regular price $99), payable as a one-time fee.
• Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to their respective terms of service.
• Your report is generated immediately after payment confirmation.
• All sales are final. Due to the immediate digital delivery of reports, we generally cannot offer refunds once a report has been generated.

3. Refund Policy

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your report, or if the report contains a clear factual error in the chart calculation, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review your case and, at our discretion, provide a corrected report or a refund. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations, as these are inherently subjective.

4. Nature of the Service — Disclaimer

BaZi astrology is a traditional system rooted in Chinese metaphysics and philosophy. The reports provided:

• Are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.
• Do not constitute professional advice — financial, medical, legal, or psychological.
• Should not be used as the sole basis for major life decisions.
• Represent one interpretive framework among many and are not guaranteed to be accurate predictors of future events.

5. Intellectual Property

The generated report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, republish, or distribute the report content without our written consent. All website content, design, and code remain the intellectual property of BaZi Astrology System.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate birth information to receive a valid report.
• You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to purchase.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaZi Astrology System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific report in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
